Facebook Friday 12/8/17

Facebook Fridays is a weekly segment of RT where I share some fun stuff I observed on Facebook this past week. I share a fun meme or screenshot, a video that resonated in some capacity and a photo of my own.

TGIF! Seriously. Did this feel like the longest week to anyone else? I’ve been working on Christmas cards at work all morning and now it’s time for a break! Christmas cards stuff is just not fun people.

This week I shared more videos than anything else! So as not to bombard you with all videos, I will share 2 of them for your viewing pleasures. The first one hails from the show Jimmy Fallon. It’s a lot of fun too! It showcases the Star Wars cast and the Roots singing(humming) the Star Wars theme. I’ve already seen it last year but it has my fav Carrie Fisher so I had to watch it again. RIP Carrie!

The next video comes from none other than my husband. I believe I mentioned this before but he works for UPS and last Saturday he had such a trying time with a puppy who got a hold of his dyad and it became his new favorite toy as well as giving my husband a bit of a workout… Just watch it! I promise it will make you laugh.

Last but not least, I shared a picture I took at work. I love this picture a lot cause it just shows that nature is super resilient! These little guys grew in the most random place!

That’s it for Facebook Friday! Did you see anything interesting in your social medias this week? Let me know in the comments! Have a good weekend everyone! See you Monday! πŸ™‚

  1. I love the Star Wars video, but your husband’s is my fave! That pup was not giving up his toy, lol. Too funny. Mushrooms amaze me too– they grow where they want to and thrive so easily. β€πŸ€— Great post, Nel, as always. Hope your weekend is wonderful and I’ll be messaging you soon!

  2. Poor Zel. Delivery people do not have it easy, especially this time of year. Does the dyad have gps on it? If so, can you imagine being the person watching Zel’s progress? They must have thought he was having some weird fits!

    1. Yeah they really don’t. It’s so insanely busy. I’m not sure if the dyad has GPS on it but if someone was watching they probably got a great laugh! But they also watched their package walk away cause he they’re not allowed to leave Apple products if no one is there and the dog had already tried to destroy it.

        1. Lol! Thats what I said but Zell said the dog was confined within an invisible fence. I still wouldnt leave my dog outside while I’m not home unless he has a dog house out back.

            1. Not yet, knock on wood. This puppy looked like he got fed very well. I think they discourage exploring the welfare of dogs cause technically they’re not supposed to get close to them for safety reasons. You never know if a dog is friendly or not and if they feel like its not safe to deliver, they don’t.

  3. Hahahaha the dog video brought a smile to my face, like how he just didn’t care one bit for any of the sticks he kept throwing for him to catch. Dogs can be quite delightful πŸ˜€
