Facebook Friday 3/30/18

Hey, hey it’s Facebook Friday!

It’s also Good Friday. That has something to do with Christianity I think but I couldn’t tell you for sure. For me it means I still work but only for half of the day which is nice. I’m hoping to do some more spring cleaning this weekend in preparation for our big flooring project. We were finally able to get the materials purchased and my carpet loving husband decided luxury vinyl plank all over was more economical and cleaner in the long run than carpet (which is what I wanted in the first place so hooray!). I’m also hoping to get back into some reading cause it’s been a couple weeks but I’m super excited for Sunday cause I’ll be meeting up with a fellow blogger again and you all will be able to get a real post out of us this time; pictures included. So stay tuned for that on Monday.

Facebook Fridays is a weekly segment of RT where I share some fun stuff I observed on Facebook this past week. I share a fun meme or screenshot, a video that resonated in some capacity and a photo of my own.

Let’s dive right in. As usual, I didn’t share a meme but I did share a tweet that I completely agreed with about author/reader interaction:

I don’t retweet often but when I read this, it resonated.

Next, I did share a video on Facebook! It’s about the cutest thing I’ve ever seen but I’m a sucker for cute things so I’m sure I’ll say this again in some other post as well:

Lastly, I did share a photo. I made brinner which is breakfast food for dinner and it consisted of pancakes. I’ve made pancakes plenty of times before. That’s no secret but I decided to try the Ultimate Pancake recipe on the back of the Bisquick box and these pancakes came out looking like restaurant quality style. I was so proud of myself that I shared a picture declaring that they were the most perfect pancakes I’d ever made:

And that’s it! Did you see or share anything interesting in your social medias this week? Do you have Good Friday plans? Let me know in the comments below and have a good a great weekend everyone!

See you Monday. πŸ™‚

    1. Hahahaha I have a habit of making people hungry. I just love food so much! I’m glad you are also like me and agree with the message. I think it’s pretty important. YAY FOR SMILES! That’s always my goal with these posts. You have a great weekend yourself! πŸ™‚

  2. Oh yeah, those pancakes look great. I see no problem at all with having them for dinner… or lunch πŸ˜‰πŸ˜„
Got a four day weekend. Which in theory sounds great. In reality it’s me and the hubby finding activities to keep the pint sized cohabitants occupied.

    1. Thanks! And lucky!!! I wish I had four days off in a row. Soon though cause I’ll be having a “pint sized cohabitant” of my own here soon. (Love that phrase btw. You should patent it πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚)

  3. The Juguar’s first swim video is super adorable! It makes me wanna play with him, too!
Pancakes look yummy! I actually bought a gourmet pancake mix while I was in Guam last month but a big confession, I haven’t tried it yet (me being super lazy). Hope you had a great weekend!
