If you don’t have a favorite leg workout this is one to try! I’ve done this Miley Cyrus inspired workout off and on for about a year or so and it never gets old. This is a 17 minute video that targets your quads, hamstrings, and butt. Spring is closing in quickly and we need to be ready for whatever Mother Nature throws our way! This workout can be done alone or paired with cardio, abs, or an HIIT routine for a true burn out.

They’re all pretty quick so you can do several in a row – and the cool thing is…they actually work! Regardless of whether or not you love Miley, Victoria’s Secret models, or whichever other famous chick they throw on the video these are definitely worth your time.
I’ve done this video twice this week and I’m really feeling the burn. I always feel way more confident in my yoga pants after doing a workout like this!
